Processing times and delivery times
Tattà® Shop guarantees that it will try to process orders as quickly as possible, in any case within 15 working days after the order is placed. 85% of orders are processed within 3 working days, and we're working to bring that average time down even further.
Please note that orders placed in August will be processed in September.
Once the order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier, who will take approximately 1 to 5 working days for delivery. We remind our customers that we exclusively use Bartolini and SDA with private courier or registered post. Every order is trackable and insured for 100% of its value. From the moment you receive the email confirming that the order has been processed and handed over to the shipper, you can request the tracking code at hello@tatta-shop.it by providing the order's serial code.
Shipping in Italy is free for orders of €49.90 or more (the total after discounts); below €49.90 it costs €5.90. With two items you'll almost always reach that threshold, and from the second item onwards there's also a −10% discount.
You can also order with free collection from our premises: the address appears among the delivery options at checkout.
Abroad, we ship with Poste Italiane. The cost depends on the country and weight, and you'll see it at checkout before paying. For a parcel up to 1 kg (one hoodie, or up to three T-shirts):
- Germany, Netherlands, Poland: €6.90
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary: €9.90
- Switzerland: €12.90
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Sweden: €15.90
- United Kingdom: €15.90
- Norway: €16.90
- Cyprus, Ireland: €19.90
- United States: €35.90
For other countries and for heavier parcels, the price appears at checkout. Within the European Union, delivery usually takes between 2 and 10 working days from shipping. Outside the European Union, timing depends on customs, and any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cash on delivery is not currently available.
