Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies and third-party services www.tatta-shop.it uses, what they're for and how you can choose. The data controller is Tatta Media Group S.r.l. (contact: hello@tatta-shop.it). For everything else, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the site saves in your browser. Some are needed to make the shop work (cart, login, language) and don't require consent. Others are used for statistics and advertising: we only activate these if you accept them.
Technical cookies (always active)
- Shop session (cookie «PrestaShop-…»): keeps your cart, account login and language. Lasts 20 days.
- ttconsent: remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask you on every page. Lasts 180 days.
- tt_js: shows that your browser runs JavaScript; it helps us tell real visitors from automated programs. Lasts 12 months.
- tt_nl_no: if you close the newsletter pop-up, it stops us showing it again. Lasts 60 days.
- tt_interno: only for our staff, to exclude our own visits from the statistics.
Our internal statistics (pages viewed, most-visited products) don't use cookies and don't identify you.
Payment services
On product pages, in the cart and at checkout, components are loaded by the payment services Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Sweden: pay in 3 instalments and related messages), PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg) and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland: card payments). These may use technical and fraud-prevention cookies necessary for payment. Policies: Klarna, PayPal, Stripe.
Statistics and advertising (only with your consent)
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept statistics and marketing cookies. Until you accept, these services are not activated:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): statistics on how the site is used. For registered customers we send the customer number, never name or email. We use Google's consent mode: until you accept, Google only receives anonymous signals, without cookies. Privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): measure campaigns and show personalised ads on Facebook and Instagram. With your consent, some events (page viewed, product viewed, purchase) are also sent from our server, with encrypted email and phone number, for more accurate matching. Privacy policy.
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland): measures campaigns on TikTok. Privacy policy.
- Pinterest Tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd, Ireland): measures campaigns on Pinterest. Privacy policy.
These providers may also process data in the United States, with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
You can change your mind at any time: click here to review your cookie preferences. Your choice is remembered for 180 days.
Links to social media and WhatsApp
The Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp and Google Maps icons are simple links: they don't load anything from those sites until you click on them. Once you get there, their own cookie rules apply.
Fonts
The site's fonts are served from our own server: we don't load them from Google or anyone else.
How to manage cookies from your browser
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. If you block technical cookies, the cart and account login won't work.
