How much does an affiliate earn? 10% of the product value on every order that comes from your link, calculated on the price excluding VAT and shipping. No commission on visits or sign-ups: you only earn when a sale happens. Customers who arrive via your link also receive a €5 voucher towards their next order of €30 or more. |

How big does my profile need to be to become an affiliate? There's no minimum follower count. We look at the quality of your audience and how well it aligns with the brand's values. Micro-creators with very specific audiences often convert better than huge, generic profiles. |

How does commission payment work? Commissions accrue once an order is paid and become payable once the returns period has passed. They're paid out monthly, from €10 upwards, either as a discount voucher for the shop or by bank transfer, whichever the affiliate prefers. |

Can I sell my products on Tattà® if I'm a craftsperson? Yes — if you're a craftsperson or small producer from Southern Italy with original products, write to us at hello@tatta-shop.it. We assess every proposal individually — what matters is the story behind the product. |

How long does it take to start selling on the marketplace? The marketplace platform is already up and running. Once approved, your seller account lets you upload products and manage orders independently. The Tattà® team supports you throughout onboarding. |
