Neapolitan Smorfia: tell us your dream,
Tumbulé gives you the numbers.

Tattà® Tumbulé is our take on the Neapolitan Smorfia, the old art of turning what you dreamt into numbers from 1 to 90. Write your dream, we read it the Neapolitan way, with a smile, and we show you the t-shirt that looks like it.

The Smorfia is a Neapolitan tradition, not gambling advice. Your dream is kept only to show you this page and, if you ask, to email it to you.

What is the Neapolitan Smorfia?

The Smorfia is the Neapolitan art of reading dreams through numbers. Every number from 1 to 90 has a name in dialect and a meaning: 1 is Italy, 8 is the Madonna, 47 is the dead man, 90 is fear. The name probably comes from Morpheus, the god of dreams: what you see at night is turned into a figure you can tell, share and laugh about the morning after.

In Naples the Smorfia lives in the kitchen and at the bar, not in books: a grandmother who says «you dreamt of fish? that's 'o pesce», a friend who turns a silly accident into «17, 'a disgrazzia». Tattà® Tumbulé keeps that spirit: a tradition to enjoy, not gambling advice.

How the reading works

Write your dream in a few lines. Tumbulé looks for the elements that matter (people, animals, objects, feelings), matches them with the 90 numbers of the classic Smorfia and its dictionary of dream words, and writes you a short reading in the Neapolitan way. You can then save the picture, share it on WhatsApp or get it by email, and wear your number on a Tattà® t-shirt.

Questions people ask

Is it the real Smorfia?
Yes: the 90 numbers and their Neapolitan names are the classic ones. Only the reading is ours, with a bit of irony.
Does it tell me which numbers to play?
No. The Smorfia is a tradition about dreams and the city; it is not a gambling tip and we never suggest playing.
Is my dream saved?
Only to show you the page and, if you ask, to email it. Nothing else.
Can I wear my number?
Yes: pick a number from 1 to 90 and we print it on the heart of a Tattà® t-shirt with its Neapolitan name.
