The silence holds, even the coffee came out just right: everything's going brilliantly. On one condition — that nobody feels the need to chime in.
The day is calm, the silence holds, even the coffee came out just right. Everything's in perfect balance. Then someone opens their mouth to have their say, and the spell breaks in under three seconds.
The phrase
«STO BBUONO FINCHÉ NUN PARLATE.» (Neapolitan for "I'm fine as long as you don't talk") sets the terms of a fragile and precious kind of wellbeing. It's not asking for much — just that nobody feels the urgent need to weigh in. It's the T-shirt for those who love people, as long as it's on mute.
